Where Can You Park an RV in Las Vegas? [28 Sites]

Finding RV parking in Las Vegas can be challenging but also rewarding for RVers visiting this popular destination. With world-famous casinos, attractions, and entertainment, Las Vegas draws RV travelers year-round seeking RV parking in the city.

I've visited Vegas several times in an RV, so locating suitable RV parking there with a large vehicle is a topic I always research in-depth - especially since Las Vegas RV parking rules frequently change.

In this guide, I share all the places I've discovered that allow RV parking in Vegas, both free and paid options. I divided them into these categories:

For each parking choice, I provide key details like location, amenities, costs, and distance to the Strip. [Jump To Summary Table Here]

Policies and availability change often, so I advise calling ahead to confirm RV parking details before your visit. With planning, you can find the ideal spot to park your RV and enjoy everything Vegas has to offer.

Free RV Parking in Las Vegas

Private entities offer free RV parking in Las Vegas, but it's wise to call ahead because parking conditions can change.

Note: Most Walmart locations are not on this list. Walmarts across the United States are tightening parking restrictions. Currently, most in the Las Vegas area do not allow overnight parking. Some RVers reported receiving towing threats.

However, one Walmart location in Las Vegas still welcomes RVers. It's listed below with other free parking options.

#1. Walmart Supercenter, Las Vegas

Location: 5198 Boulder Hwy, Las Vegas, NV 89122

Free RV parking at the Walmart Supercenter on Boulder Highway is not consistent. Some RVers stayed overnight fine. But security asked others to leave.

The store manager and staff enforce parking rules. City rules also affect overnight parking. Always call ahead to confirm their RV parking policy.

The Walmart Supercenter is next to the Longhorn Casino and across from the Eastside Cannery Casino. It is about 8 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. You can reach it by car, bus, taxi, or rideshare.

The Eastside Cannery Casino offers a free shuttle to Sam's Town at set times. It is across from the Walmart.

The Eastside Cannery Casino lists Bell Trans and Super Shuttle. These shuttle services run 24 hours daily. It is unclear if they are free. I recommend that you call the casino for details.

Final Recommendations for Hassle-Free RV Parking in Vegas

Based on my experience parking an RV in Las Vegas, here are my top tips:

  • Book early. RV parks fill up fast, especially during peak seasons. Reserve your spot 1-2 months in advance.

  • Confirm policies before arrival. RV parking regulations in Vegas are constantly changing. Call ahead to verify the RV parking details, even if you've stayed there before.

  • Consider parking in outlying areas like Sam's Town or Arizona Charlie's, which allow RV parking and are quieter and more affordable than the Strip.

  • Use shuttle services. Many RV parks offer free or low-cost shuttle services to the Strip.

  • Research transportation options. If your RV park lacks a shuttle service, explore bus routes and rideshares to access the Strip and downtown areas conveniently.

  • Be flexible and have backup parking options in mind in case your first choice falls through. Availability can change rapidly.

  • Avoid parking RVs on streets for extended periods. Laws prohibit occupying RVs on Las Vegas streets for more than 72 hours. You might face penalties such as citations or impounding.

I hope this list helps you find a good place to park your RV in Las Vegas. Enjoy your stay!

  1. The security guards at
Fiesta Henderson Hotel & Casino claimed sleeping in your RV was illegal within Las Vegas. They would not even allow us to make and eat dinner here even after we told them we were going to go into the casino and gamble after. They stated they would call the police if we didn’t leave immediately. Despite a very large RV and Truck parking area. Not friendly at all to RVers. Complaint to the management has gone unanswered.

We are staying in one of the RV parks a few miles out and have a travel trailer so we want to just detach the trailer and use the truck to drive in, but not sure how parking is for a large truck (F-250). It sounds like we probably have some options if there are options for full RVs?

    • Jon you are most welcome. I do not know of any specifically. There are options but they are ever-changing on the strip. My best advice is to do some research and call around. A lot will depend on time of year and events happening in the area.
