2. Ford F-150

Another truck the Ford F-150 is one of the leaders in average gas mileage. This truck seats six people. If you buy an F-150, you have six engines to choose from including turbo boost diesel, and three different eco boost models, as well as Ti-VCT  V8 or V6.  While this truck has the title of being a light-duty truck, Ford made sure it would put the work in for you. 3. Ford F-150 Raptor

The Ford Raptor entered the arena in 2010, dedicated to being an off-road vehicle. Built for high performance the 2019 Ford F-150 Raptor has a 10-speed automatic transmission. A truck with seating for five.

Besides, it is capable of 450 horsepower, and 510 lbs. of torque. Notably, this truck has the option for a 6.7L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel or 6.2L Flex Fuel Gas V8 engine. In case that wasn't enough to convince you Ford added safety technologies to this truck. 5. Ford F-350

By some means, Ford has once again taken the power of its trucks up a notch. As if your towing needs are not yet met by one of the Ford vehicles. Meet the F-350 with seating for 6. Capable of towing 35,000 lbs. These trucks give a fantastic 935 lbs-ft of torque. All of those factors make any of the Super Duty trucks the best option for heavy-duty trucks in 2019-2020.  Our research shows that the F-350 gets around 11-13 miles per gallon. Depending on the towing capabilities this truck can tow 16,000- 31,000 lbs.

6. Ford F-450

Super Duty F-450 Ford trucks are the trucks of Dad dreams. With seating for 6, a 6.7L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel engine, heavy-duty 6-speed automatic transmission, this truck might be able to conquer whatever towing and hauling jobs you can throw at it.

As if all that power at your disposal wasn't enough Ford will throw in some other options for you. Like the snowplow package, the FX4 Off-road package, a heavy service front suspension package. As one heavy-duty truck this model can tow 21,000 lbs.

According to Car and Driver, this truck gets 13 miles per gallons city and 16 MPG highway.
